Concentration Critique

My concentration is reflections with exaggerated colors. With these two pieces, I was trying to make them more abstract and decided to just have fun with them instead of paying too much attention to detail.

  1. ALICE! I feel like you had more fun with these pieces, which is always a good thing. I prefer the direction of the first one because I think it is stronger regarding the elements & principles of art.

  2. Aye yo. These are beauties. The bottom one is crazy and I kind of enjoy it more. It makes me think so I don't know. It doesn't really look like a reflection so there's that but I still like it and I like the color variation you're using.

  3. I absolutely love the second one! I know you got a lot of mixed reviews of it but I think it's beautiful. And I feel like it has a lot more of the "exaggerated colors" part of your concentration. One thing you might want to do though is just make the line between the real part and the reflection part a little more obvious to make more sense of it. The top one is also really good and I like how the whole direction is focused on the reflection. You might just want to put more of those little dashes of color in the water. Great work! :-)
